Our newly appointed Consultant, is working within MOD Main Building to support the Key Systems Advisor in his role to advance the success of NEC. The KSA is made up of 5 work-streams: Business and Technical Integration, Enterprise Planning, Governance, Programme Interventions and Control – all with the common aim to drive significant improvements in the planning, design, development and deployment of networked capabilities. Responsible for planning, information management and cross work-stream administration, our consultant has been in-role for 11 weeks and continues to enjoy her time working alongside proven transformation consultants. RJD is delighted to be involved with this important initiative.
