Prospective candidates for consulting roles and support functions undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure that they will blend in with our culture and potential clients' expectations.

Complementary professional qualifications at high level are also expected, although a substantiated level of domain experience is equally important.

Our consultants are assessed to ensure that they can be equally at home as a team member or as an individual with total responsibly for delivery. It can be lonely as a consultant!  Consulting is both demanding and challenging but the rewards are consistent with this environment.
